Account data

When you sign in with Google, we receive account details such as your name, email address, and profile image through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). We use this information to identify your account and personalise the product.

Study content

To run the service we store study-related content you create or upload, including chat prompts and responses, uploaded study files (held in private storage), shared answers you choose to publish via a link, and flash card or quiz activity tied to your sessions.

Usage and billing metrics

We process operational metrics such as model token usage, latency, credit balance and ledger entries, and internal earnings records so we can operate daily credits, charge usage fairly, and improve reliability.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to deliver Studyhour, including Google (sign-in and Gemini model processing) and Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage). Those providers process data on our behalf according to their own terms and security practices.

Sharing

Shared answers are accessible to anyone with the link. Do not share content that contains sensitive personal information you do not want others to see.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Studyhour after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
