Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or using Studyhour, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Daily credits

Each signed-in user receives 5 free credits per UTC calendar day. When a new UTC day begins, your balance is refreshed to 5 credits on first use that day. Credits do not accumulate beyond that daily grant.

Credit value and charges

1 credit is worth US$0.10 (10 cents). Study activity (such as chat replies and study tools) consumes credits based on model token usage. Creating a shareable answer link also uses credits. If your balance reaches zero or below, new paid requests are blocked until the next daily refresh. A request that starts with a positive balance may finish slightly over budget; any negative balance is carried into the next day's 5-credit grant.

AI limitations and no warranty

Studyhour uses artificial intelligence. Answers may be wrong, incomplete, misleading, or out of date. The service is provided for study support only and is not a substitute for your course materials, teachers, or examiners.

You are responsible for checking important information before relying on it. Studyhour and its operators are not liable for academic results, grades, or other outcomes arising from use of the service, including errors, interruptions, data loss, or unexpected behaviour.

Acceptable use

You must use Studyhour lawfully and for legitimate study purposes. Do not attempt to abuse credits, disrupt the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Studyhour after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
